Hello, I have an issue when trying to go to my island. When I enter the command and get teleported, I'm teleported over the void and fall and die. I have tried creating a new island but it does the exact same thing. Any help would be appreciated.

 

I would suggest contacting a moderator in game. They might be able to place a block over your spawn point so you don't die.

 

tired but they had me go to my island and now I can't get back to the spawn to get some help and I can't replace my island either

 

Now, all you can do is wait for a staff member to reply they might be able to instruct you from here. I'm not sure what the issue is.

 

I've dealt with a similar issue before. I would suggest your island coordinates are in a corrupted chunk, therefore
whenever you create a new island, you are ending up in the void instead of on an island. You can do the following
to fix this issue.

Join a /coop with any player, then leave immediately after joining (this will reset your island coordinates).
Note: be sure to alert the member who owns the coop and tell them what you are doing.

When this is complete and you have left the coop, you should then wait approximately 1 hour (or around that time
bracket) before using the /newisland command.

well I was able to make a new island but what irritates me the most is the fact that I had all this different supplies in my chests and now they are gone I had close to thirty or forty blocks of grass

 

I can refund any lost items.

 

that would be great Ill try to catch you when you on Krissy and I would have tried to do so but every time I went back to my island all I did was fall and nothing my sister or me did would work and I only know a few items besides my grass, oak, birch and spruce saplings which sucks the most

 

Dont place a non solid block on the bedrock, it makes you spawn under it. Repeater /comparator works the best, f you want to spawn below.
