Admin and staff don't give away items any more than normal players. You'd be better off asking in-game as Fatal said. If you were wondering, 10 gold ingots are worth about ten grass, and you can buy it at /warp grass in the form of gold nuggets. Also, this isn't really off-topic
Most players may have a tiny shred of kindness through their Scrooge-like hoarding, and might give you some things.
