Two years ago I bought donor on your wonderful server. Foolishly I started robbing a casino with my new found power. I then was banned. Then i asked you guys to take away the ban. When I was able to join the server again I lost my 10.00 donation rank. At that time my name was finn5555 now my name is Seby5. I am also thinking about getting 25 dollar donor and just want to know if i can always get donor back. If you could please give me back my donor position it would sure make me happy and I would be able to play with the great adventure you provide.

Do you have proof that you had donor 10? Do you have the Transaction ID?

 

Do you know which mod banned/unbanned you? They could vouch that you were donor.

You should put the transaction ID in hidden text, like this:

To do that, put [ Hide ] before it and [ /Hide ] after it but without the spaces. This makes it so people can't see it, except for mods. This is for safety reasons.
