Meh, most likely internally suspended or let off with a warning, however they cannot use off-school things to suspend you for it, I learned this early when some teacher tried to get me suspended for disruptive behavior outside the school grounds. When I was in year 3 I told a teacher to suck my d*** and got suspended ! Well, yeah I threw a knife at someone and got no punishment lol.
Well in fifth grade... I did often keep scissors in my sleeves... That led to my principal having to confiscate all of my scissors. BUT I GOT NEW ONES! Bisshhh!

Okie so first I sent him two voice mails, saying "Hey, it's me, Cate. Sorry you misunderstood what I said, I didn't really mean it. I did not intend for this to be such a big deal, and I'm sorry it may have seemed like I was serious." Then he went 2 days, still no answer. So I had my friend text him the same thing. Still didn't answer for a few days. About a week later, he sent me a voicemail saying that he accepts my apology, but it really hurt his feelings. So guess what! My dad says "Okay. Now write him a letter of apology." WTF!? I already apologised and he ACCEPTED MY APOLOGY! Dad's like "We need to show the principal proof." What the hell!? Why do you need PROOF that I apologised!? I already sent it through text and voicemail!!! So I write up a letter, but... Well... The letter wasn't AS nice... It said basically this "Sorry for what I said, and I'm sorry it was misunderstood. I really didn't mean to hurt your feelings and I'm sorry. But, you WERE the one, according to Selena, who was running around school talking about how I scratched you on the face with scissors, as well as calling me 'Scissor Girl'. By anyway, I'd like to apologise once more because my dad has requested a hand-written form of my apology. So yeah. Regards, Cate." So my dad took it and about 3 days later he says, "Put away your laptop. You have to rewrite your apology letter." "What the frik!? I already WROTE ONE! As well as a text AND a voicemail!!!!!" I said "This was not an apology. You were forcing the blame on him, and this was meant to be a letter of APOLOGY!" He said "How am I blaming him!?!?!? I friking said 'BTW you were the one calling me SCISSOR GIRL!'" I said. "THAT'S BLAMING!" My dad yelled WTF!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
ok so here is what you do. just completely say f*** it im not writeing anything, you cant make me so f*** you i dont give a f*** anymore i have my own s*** to deal with, if you want me to write it so bad why dont you f***ing write it for me. then send a text message to the little f*** that told on you and say. your just a little cry baby just go and tell on me for saying this, srsly get a life d***head all you want is attention. then say I DONT GIVE A f*** i havent done s*** you just are discrimitating against me becuase you want me expelled, legally i havent done anything, get a sense of humer you cnt! then burst into tears and run away from home for a few days. thats what i would do
