    The moderator that banned that account is no longer staff, however RobloxianRoblox has been involved re this account before

    The ban was a requested ban, when we ban people on request we don't typically unban, as it requires an administrator to unban them manually - Why did you request a ban if you didn't want to be perm banned?

    back then you could request perm bans it was legal
