c lag took 45 of my grass

Help please, i lost 45 grass when i was paying ikaai for building my casino and i losed 90 grass is there some way to get it back? If not no problem. Thanks for your attention

In circumstances of clearlag, staff do not refund items unless there is clear proof that it was an accidental loss (i.e. you have evidence, such as screenshots or video evidence, of you dropping the items and it disappearing through clearlag.)

It seems like a kind player is willing to refund you the grass anyways, so please let me know if this action occurs and I will close this help thread. If not, unfortunately we will be unable to do anything unless you have clear and valid evidence. Please make sure you look in chat first to see if clearlag is coming before dropping your items to prevent this from happening again in the future.

It's best to trade/give via chest or a tradeshop in the future to avoid getting your items clagged. So always pay attention if clag around the corner when trading items by dropping them.
