Bring back starting books [NET]

    There have been a bunch of iterations of starting books when you start out on the server over the years. Recently, you start out with no book, so it is difficult for new players to figure out some of the commands. I feel like if starting books such as the books given in the past, were given to new players now, it would lighten the amount of questions moderators and helpful players would have to answer, leaving more time for other issues to be addressed.

    Support. This really needs to be added.
    They were like a stick or a cobblestone for a rule book at spawn when I joined, and that was within the past 10 months.

    Please add this, it will really help with confused new-ish people.
