Implemented Bring back /limits command

    With regards to the new economy update, a command that details what limits are in place and how close we are to reaching them is no longer optional, it is a REQUIREMENT.

    After looking at it we have decided that we will be adding this feature! We felt like this would improve the game-play by adding it, so your suggestion has been accepted!
