You messaged me on discord, the following And this explains that you specifically gave me 2 months to re-pay my debt, and I replied to you by saying I lost it by gambling etc etc... But even then, You gave me and i quote "2 Months" to return the items, in which i replied, "If I win at the dp then I will sell the head and pay back my debts". Fast forward to the DP almost what 2 weeks after u said that. So correct me if im wrong but, 2 weeks is not the same as 2 months. So i still had time that YOU gave me to pay back my debts, I understand where you are coming from though, when u said I was lying about winning, But cmon. It was litteraly my name, It was only a little prank. But, as i said in my last appeal. As i took the head from the /collectibles GUI it was taken from my inventory by Novembree. Ruining my chances to sell it, Which i was about to, for 2.5DC of grass, Which is more then enough to cover my debts, and then some, i can even play with myself. I wanted to pay my debts then just have some fun with what I had left over and then just chill. But again, you stopped me from paying by debts, so I shouldn't be the one held accountable for that. And of course I was taking the whole thing seriously, If I had the grass you think I would'nt of paid them back? Even though you (a fellow staff member) gave me a deadline, which i planned on sticking too. And again, I was going to pay my debts back using the grass I get from selling the dp head. Also, just to add on what you said, Any excess grass is stashed, So basically your saying, Your taking any excess grass I have away from me, even though my debts will be paid off? That seems very unfair. Im trying not to be rude in any way shape or form, I just find the ban reasoning very silly to be honest, It was a pointless ban, If you'd have just let me stay on for like 30 minutes longer this whole thing wouldn't even be an issue anymore. What do you mean? I dont understand, but ill try to. I was just going to sell the head for 2.5 dc at the time and pay off my debts, and just keep what i had left and just chillax. I never intended to keep the dp head for myself when its pretty obvious to the entire server i have debts?
Part of the payment plan was that you'd have two months. But we also told you we would monitor how you'd advance. Your progress entailed attempting to talk your way out of a debt with one of your creditors, then your whole debt after you won a head, hoping to only get a ban. Even initially you were straightforward in stating that you had no intention of using any of your other days to accumulate grass since you don't actively play. Here you claim that you intended to sell the head to pay back. But the way you went about things thus far, referring to the aforementioned, showed the exact opposite. Your late realization of the head's value makes it doubtful whether it was a genuine insight or an attempt to manipulate your outcome, given that your entire plan depended on getting lucky. And your denial of winning a head, which you now dismiss as a joke, was the last straw and we stopped trusting you. How you've behaved during your payment plan was as irresponsible as how you've handled your debt before this. We just can't trust you or believe you. When your ban expires, you really only have one more chance. So only spend what you have available.
Yes, I totally understand where you are coming from, But the situation is however, that i was genuinly insightful when i learned price, In my head i thought. Oh wow, I can pay my debts off plus ill have some leftover to do something with, I wasnt talking my way out of debt at all, I said i'd pay them back if i won at the dp. And i did, so happy days. It wasnt a late realisation at all, As soon as i won i hopped on a game with my friends, then came on like 30-40 minutes later and realised it was worth that much. Think of it as a late april fools joke, it was pretty obvious it was me, Hence the name. EliSmokedYou, at the time. I undersdtand my behaviour was not acceptible, but I swear on my family's life, As soon as i took that head from collectibles, i was going to sell it for 2.5-3DC, and then pay back my debts. This again, its an unfair ban, and Im very disapointed, in the manner that this was handled. Please sort this out, Thanks.
It is a stupid joke. I will shorten your ban to two weeks, leaving 3 days until expiration. We won't tolerate this behaviour going forward. Think twice before you decide to jest under serious circumstances, because your history isn't in your favour. To clarify the temporary stashing, this is in light of a recent report regarding items you took without permission (approx. 974 grass in value). So the remainder of your grass will be put in a private chest for about a few weeks. This is until we're certain that you haven't conveniently forgotten any other debts, otherwise you're the one facing the consequences. The remainder is currently at around 25 stacks.
