    • Server name (.net / .org ): Skyblock.net
    • In-game name: Beyondhellvalley
    • Full exact Ban Message: Banned: Illegal Trading (Kitteh), appeal @ Skyblock Forums -blaq 07/10
    • Did you read the rules ? I did.
    • Why do YOU think you were banned? For giving sand, an illegal to trade item, to a fellow player.
    • Was this an incorrect ban? Not at all.
    • Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? No.
    • Why do you think you should be unbanned? Having played on skyblock.net for the amount of time that I have, and having seen and done the amount of things I have, I began to feel like I could do anything, and was exempt from the rules. I allowed my arrogance to get the better of me. If I am accepted back, I can assure you with a promise, that mistake will not happen twice. The rules are certainly no challenge to follow, and I would ensure that I kept them unbroken. Besides that, this server has become quite a bit of an obsession for me, and I'm already getting antsy not being able to get back on and say hello to my friends.

If you've read the rules, why did you give the sand to Kitteh

He had said that he was creating a sort of "hangout" island, and mentioned that he was out of sand, and needed more. I had an abundance of sand, and in my arrogance, believed that handing the sand over would result in no consequence for me.

Besides that, the idea of this "hangout island" clouded my mind of the fact that it was still an island, and it was still his island.

You just "gave" him the sand for free? How much sand did you give? Did you give any other items which were illegal to trade?
Did he give you any items in exchange for it?
Were you ever in his coop at any stage?

Yes, I had given him several stacks for free. I can't remember the exact number, but it wasn't a small amount, and all that I had given to him had been in stacks.
It was only sand that I had given to him, if I recall.
He had given me nothing in return, and I had agreed to this.
I was never a part of his coop, or island. I had teleported to him to give him the sand.

Did you know him prior to giving the sand?

Yes, he and I had engaged in conversation several times beforehand, over a course of several days. We were certainly well acquainted, and enough so to be called "friends".

I had also assisted him in the building of his island, by means of farming wheat (for use of hay bales), as well as providing him with stone brick and other materials like those.

So you only knew him for several days but you felt moved enough to hand him several stacks of sand?

    ...It sounds ridiculous, but yes.

I place trust in people rather quickly... and rather quickly is too quickly, I'm noticing.

Did you offer him the sand or did he ask for it?

He just straight up asked. And I agreed.
Looking back on it now, Lord, I wasn't in my right mind...

That would be my name under his name on the lockettes, correct?
I was helping him more than anyone else, and he gave me access to quite a bit of his stuff.
I was mainly just providing him with stone for the "mountains" he was building.
