Alright. While you don't have a history of illegal trade, you have a looooooooong history in general. I was actually quite surprised at how long your history was.

Anyway, onto the ban appeal. What made you think that you could get away with sand trade? Why did you do it when you knew you would most likely be caught?

 

I did the sand trade because I thought I just wouldn't caught. I used the sand for my island on the lower part if u visit me it was for such a good deal so I thought and said ill just buy it I can mine it back up and give it to you or the original owner

 

How do I know that you won't do this again?

 

I should just use my kit to get the sand for my island and as you can see I can't go really long without playing and I wouldn't do this again for something I could just use my kit to instead of trying to speed the process up and I wouldn't want to be banned again because I learned my lesson and I simply won't do i

Now that I understand your reasoning, I would like you to use the illegal trade items thread and list every single item and why it’s illegal to trade, in your own words.

• dirt - illegal because if we island farm it ruins the eco and its just not allowed
• Coarse Dirt^^
• Sand illegal to trade because we get it in our kits and if we farm it we can change to red sand and sell and that ruins the eco
• Sandstone, Smooth Sandstone related to sand ^^
• Buckets, filled or empty made of iron can be easily farmed and sold which is illegal
• Renamed items that are named after other items (such as a stick named "Diamond" -- unless the other trading partner is aware it is not actually a diamond, but really a stick)tricks people considered scamming and scamming isn't allowed

• All Ores there are no ores into the economy which makes it illegal to own
• Staff Heads (excluding Noobcrew, CypriotMerks, and JeffCiv)these got into the eco and I believe were allowed
• Overmax enchanted books you can sell the books for a lot and it would be again the economy-impossible to make which makes it worth a lot

• any steam game or item a different game not related to sky block which would be illegal to trade for
• Itunes, google play, spotify, netflix, xbox/psn, or any gift card that you add payments toehold buy it with own money not allowed to trade on skyblock
• Crowd funding believe this is like PayPal or something your should trade sky block items for money
• Bitcoin and other virtual currency its another currency not allowed at sky block
• Other game's in game currency, loot boxes, items, skins other game not sky block illegal
• minecraft/optifine capes should buy with your own money and not off items on the server
• Real life currency shouldn't be trading game items for irl money
• Other ranks (on websites and game servers other than noobcrew based servers) could be considered advertising against sky block which Is not allowed
• Real life items (craigslist, gumtree, ebay, amazon or any online shop/service) not sky block currency irl shouldn't be traded

To be perfectly honest, even if this is your 1st account of illegal trading, you have broken rules beforehand and making you wait a few days to think about your actions seems like the best for the community.
