    1. Forums nickname: benji.
    2. Full exact PM Message: Rate abuse - Anna.
    3. Did you read the rules (FORUMS Rules)? Yes, I have read the forum rules.
    4. Was this an incorrect removal? No, I did rate abuse.
    5. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Firstly, I'm sorry for abusing my rating powers, I didn't mean it. I was just disagreeing with a few people and didn't realise I did it. If I get my perms back, I'll probably be rarely using them anymore since I don't wanna get them removed again.

Just before we start this, you were acting toxic on top of this. Almost everytime a while after you get unbanned or something like that, you act like this. Then, once you get banned or something like this happens you have a complete change of attitude. I know this isn't a ban, but do I really want to give back such a permission to someone who acts this way every once in a while?

On top of this, you've had some past with rate abuse (hence why I took away your perms permanently). It could've been that you didn't realize, yes, but you'd expect someone with that many warnings on the same thing to be more careful on something they probably know they have one last chance on.

Straight up denying this appeal. Your behaviour and ban says that you don't deserve to have this perm back.
