Implemented be able to make 'full bark logs'

hello! you probably don't know this, but at spawn, there are trees like this.
full bark logs, these were introduced in the later versions, but in 1.12.2 these are only accessible via commands, so my suggestion is, to make these craftable!

i think the way to craft these should be is putting 4 logs into a crafting bench, then you got 3/4 full bark logs!, thanks for reading and tell me what you think!

 

I like ideas like this, to help make the server still feel up to date even though we are stuck in 1.12.2 currently

One small thing, I'm not sure if you can actually hold them in your inventory without them being no texture(like end portal, not frames, the portal itself) (someone quote me on this if I'm wrong)

 

I really love these kind of logs so support! Hope we find a way to get some texture for it while we hold it in our hands as Pill said.

 

To add to this, It's hard to even place them since there's no itemIDs now, just the names (well the ids do kinda exist just not as much)

We might be able to get some nbt data onto a normal log so it can detect the nbt data when it's placed down so a plugin can replace it with the full bark logs? Or just live with untextured blocks (ps for some reason this quote didnt notify me lol)

Only issue is their texture when holding in the inventory. I don’t know if there is a plug-in that can prevent it from happening.

I think this is a great idea, especially considering this could enhance so many islands, and it would give at least me a bit of an updated feel in the game. I really like this idea! While the texture is un-updated I don't honestly find it that big of an issue.

SUPPORT. Having just regular logs to use for the tree that I built on my island is just plain annoying because I have to maneuver the block around so the bark part shows and not the top/bottom part of the block.

 

Support, more decor blocks cant possibly be bad

 

aye i'd actually love this. would give us something new and would help us design better builds etc. and like ns said, it'd make the server feel more updated than it is. support.
