Accepted Banned for mistakes.[Accepted]

    Hello, My name Is James, I'm Matt's father, and a while ago I made a mistake on your "buycraft". I bought my son a 50 dollar rank when it was 50% off. So we waited a day and the rank never came in. So, I sent a email to this platform. I claimed " My son's rank never came in and I am quite worried could I possibly get a refund or get the rank some how shipped faster?" So, when my son went to log on the next day he was "Perm banned" because I complained and also my son did too. I'm very sorry if I disrupted your team of managers. It will never happen again. All we ask you is to please get him unbanned we plan on buying a upgrade for his account soon.

    3.It was about 8 months ago but we know we saw perm banned.
    4. Yes, none stated my issue.
    5. From falsely saying "refund" in the issue loosing the rank.
    6. Yes, incorrect due to my simple mistake of wording.
    7. No never was he banned on skyblock.net before this.
    8. He was un-banned but still does not have his rank.

    Hi James, I’m James and I’m going to be assisting you today. :)

    This is a very ususual story, buycraft payments are not affiliated with the company of buycraft. If you had an issue with your rank you should’ve come to us. Could you possibly post the exact message that appears when you try to log in?

    Sorry, I cannot cause currently my sons user is unbanned some how. So, we do not see the ban message but we know it said you were permanently banned due to charge backs. Because, I sent a email talking about if I could get a refund or have a way for it to come quicker. So sorry if I bought a rank at the wrong time and I disturbed you managers.
