Banned because of illegal trading, yet I was supposed to be unbanned, which I was but then Krissy banned me before I even got on for the same issue.

Let me make myself clearer. It seems you don't seem to understand what I am saying.
If you was to rename an item and sell it to someone, telling them it is the item you named it:
For instance:

Redstone named Diamond

Then you would be wrong, as the item you are selling IS NOT A DIAMOND. But, if you was to sell it as a 'Diamond', then you are saying it is not a Diamond, just something that is renamed as a diamond. I did just this as I had gotten 2 redstone dust named Diamond. I sold these as 'Diamond' not Diamond as that clearly states that they are NOT diamonds. Why would I sell them as 'Diamond's and not Redstone dust? Because I was selling them as a novelty item that someone might want to maybe trick their friends or just keep it for a laugh. I wasn't trying to scam someone with them as that is prohibited on the server.

So, when I got offered 20 grass, I accepted. Who wouldn't? Considering a diamond is worth 30+ grass blocks, why would I give them 2 diamonds? But like I said I offered 2 'Diamond's which I showed. The person I sold these items to admitted to knowing that it would be a renamed item, but hoped it might be real, but was prepared to give the grass anyway as they had accepted the deal.

They refused the named redstone when I tried to give to them countless times, but eventually they said they really wanted it to scam people with. I told him I wasn't trying to scam, but I will still give him the items as we agreed. I said "How about I let you choose the name instead, but only the name not the item or quantity" He agreed to this and I saved up 5 XP levels and asked him for just the name. He told me something along the lines of "5 redstone name diamond", I asked again to make sure he actually wasn't asking for 5 redstone dust all named 'Diamond' but he still said the name should be '5 redstones name diamond'.

Since you said he wanted 5 redstone dust all named 'Diamond', I told him he wouldn't be choosing the item or quantity, just the name. So, I could of given him 28 raw fish named <his name>. He agreed to this anyway, so he knew what he was getting into.

Also, as you said what I said implies I will still scam, you are wrong. That was never implied, I was just fighting my case. This wasn't a scam, but if it makes you feel any better and helps this case, I won't scam.
