(both at /warp faq and with /rules)' 5. I unfortunately cannot remember the coordinates of my island. I think you can find it by doing /home mgs2804 or something similar. 6. Why do YOU think you were banned? I think my ban was the result of a misunderstanding. I will here post the events that I think led to my ban: My neighbor (can't remember his name) asked me if we could be friends and connect islands. I said yes, and we built a platform off to one side of my island. I also went to his island (with permission from him), broke ONE block accidentally and put it back. On the 15th of November, i found that someone had bridged to and griefed a chain of islands (including mine and both my neighbors'). From my island they stole/killed: All my 15-20 chickens 9 grass (used to grow flowers with bone meal) The amount of dirt you start with minus two that I had in a chest Crops: wheat, potatoes, pumpkins, melons, carrots Items in my chests were not stolen, as they were privated There were lots of holes in my floor and walls, in addition to lava and water lying in my house. I followed the bridge back in an attempt to find the griefer. I think I opened some chests on the way (to try to find my items), but I didn't take anything. Today at approximately 09:30 AM on the 17th of November, I asked for help with finding the griefer and getting my stolen items back. The mod Coookie (I think that was his/her name) came over to my island to help me. I think he/she thought that I had built the bridge and griefed other islands. I think the reason for this misunderstanding was that I had replaced a few blocks of the bridge (I first removed parts of them, but then put them back because I thought that it might be easier for mods/admins if I left them in place) Coookie banned me 7. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I think that my ban was the result of a misunderstanding. One other reason I could be banned was that I had two buckets and a 5 sand in my chest (I got one of these from a player that died at /warp mob). I have stated above that I did remove and replace a few blocks on the bridge, in addition to removing and replacing one block by mistake on my neighbor's island (I got his permission to visit his island). This might have caused Logblock to "lie". I didn't think at the time that it would be regarded as griefing. The reason given for my ban was "bridging", something I certainly didn't do. I am sorry for causing trouble for the server's staff. I was unsure whether I should post this appeal in "Pending: Unbans" or here, so it would be nice if you could let me know if I posted it in the wrong place. I have given all the information about any actions that might be perceived as against the rules. I this appeal is lacking in any way, please notify me. PS: I was in the process of donating as I was banned by Cookie. I would like to know if the donation went through.
I know doing ANYTHING before reporting the grief was a bad idea, but the shock of the grief made me a bit...well... shocked.
Why hasn't cookie looked in appeals to take care of this? Any moderator want to give your thoughts about this?
I think that this is a very clear and detailed appeal. Never seen one of these before. I think that he speaks the truth and since he knows what he did wrong and confessed THAT, I support an unban.
