Now this is my second time THIS WEEK having to write one of these damn things for being ironic, fantastically fun and non time consuming! Anyway gotta be formal to appeal right?

Now lets get stuck into it.

Ingame name: gummibear560, my nick is just Gummi.

Full ban reason: Death wishes.

Did YOU read the rules?: Of course, although some might need some tweaking.

Why do YOU think you were banned?:
Well, I told someone that they should be in the grave, as a joke. This does and should NEVER result in a 31 day ban. Please tell me in the rules where it says "No death wishes as jokes or you will be banned for 30 days".

Was this an incorrect ban?:
Now I can't say its correct or incorrect, maybe a 24 hour ban would of been in order, or even a mute but not 31 days. Never have I seen someone EVER been banned for that long for saying 3 WORDS.

Were you ever banned on skyblock? And if so, why?:
Yes I've been banned but if I went through the list it'd be as long as a white girls shopping list to buy things on a shopping spree.

Why do YOU think you should be unbanned?
Honestly I had absolutely no clue that this was a 31 day bannable offense, people who spam, swear etc don't even get close to this. I think that a mute or maybe even a 60 minute to 24 hour time-out would have been better suited for what I said.

Now I do understand that you, the mod, can ban anyone for anything at all at any given time IF and ONLY if the offense is heavy enough to be punished. I was simply fooling around at 10 at night being ironic as hell. Now if you had a problem with it, you could of told me to stop. I would of stopped at once. I am wondering though, does this tie in with telling people to "shut up" for fun? I am still confused.

Anyway. This is a garbage appeal, accept it or not, up to you. I'll make a more formal and well formatted one tomorrow, this is just for answers and why I wasn't warned about giving death wishes.

I also hope that nothing like a death wish came too close to home for you, I totally understand if you have a massive problem with death wishes and would happily never mention a death wish or any type of wish of death upon another player while you are online.

Please respond because I want to know how I can resolve this and get back on Skyblock.

What you said would be considered a death wish, and your history is so bad, how would I know you wouldn’t do this again?

So basically, to make this less spammy I put my responses into one message.
I will never do something like this again, I get like this sometimes but i never wish death upon anyone. I am truly sorry for what I did this evening. I was not thinking right by doing this. Also, quick note my history is from long ago and I do wish to put those things behind me, I really do.
