I did not insult the server staff.
I broke 0 rules.
Check the times the ban appeals were posted
and there were no responses within those times.

You are just editing my post to make yourself
sound right when you are wrong. You dont tell
me what I think. By editing my post or banning
me from the thread proves that you are wrong
and know im right and dont want me to prove
myself right even more.

I believe I'll repeat myself here, but I've already told you to think before you type. There's no way for anyone to know what's going on inside your head when you're chatting. I can say "apples" and mean oranges, but everyone will think I meant apples. And, if the word "apples" was ever prohibited to say, I would get punished for that, and there's no way for me to prove that I meant oranges.
You stated that you said "Why is this server so s***?!" I, and in my opinion everyone else would see that as an insult to the server and the staff. You said you were referring to lag? Great, then your full message(including thoughts that probably were in your head at that moment) would be "This server is so shitty, it lags so much! I'm so mad!"
Now look at the message you posted again and "think from our perspective", as you said here. Look at it with a stranger's eyes. If you don't see what I mean now, I'll explain no more.
If no mod takes this case in two days, I'll take it and instantly deny. You have a chance.

 

Im actually not even sure thats why I got banned. If it was, then I dont think I should be let back on, After you saying I should watch my mouth and different people see it in a different way. I rarely even talk on the server anyway. But they were discussing some thing wrong that was happening on the server that I dont know what it is. So if you can ask the person who banned me exactly WHY I was banned that would be great.

 

I'm sorry, but I have no way of checking who banned you. Sometimes we have to ban a lot of people in a short time before they spam the crap out of the server, and we just don't have time to write an appropriate ban message. I don't sign myself if a person was insulting the server or advertising, but I can assure you I would not write "f***ing b****" as a ban reason.

 

i do not know who posted the ban, but ths appeal was denyed by me f im not mistaken. You were banned, likey by noobcrew, and will not be etting unbanned due to slandering the server.

 

'Well just to make it clear I was not insulting the server and are you sure thats the reason why? For "slandering" the server? And I said one thing and was not spamming, nobody was, I feel like whoever banned me had plenty of time to write a ban message.

 

It would be easier to appeal this ban if you fill out the appropriate ban appeal form. BUT if there was already an appeal made for this very reason and it was already denied I do not understand why you would make another one.
