If someone is banned for in-game things, they can post a ban appeal on the forums.
From what I understand, if someone is banned on the forums, they cannot post an appeal (considering they can't access the forums).

Any solution for this?

 

If you were banned in the forums, it must've been extremely serious, considering you would have to earn multiple warning points. I don't believe there's a way to appeal.

 

Not true. I've been given a forum ban without warning whatsoever.

I was told that I put irrelevant information in an appeal which I was directly related to.

 

I don't believe that deserves a forum ban. I merely got 1 warning point when I did the exact same thing as you.

 

For the purpose of forum bans, an individual may create another account to appeal from. However, that account may only appeal, and nothing else. If it is seen posting anything else the appeal is immediately denied and the new account is also banned. Typically if a forum ban appeal is accepted, most perform actions from the new account rather than the old.
