6. A perm ban is a bit extreme. so It's a wrong ban.

8. Sure, I have scammed maybe 5 people. But! that was a few months ago. Most of those people whom I have wronged are probably ok now, but a Perm ban for taking a few pixels is a bit extreme, I would understand if it was a ban for maybe a day or a week... but permanently? It's not like I hacked and flew to other people's islands... or griefed, Those people should be Perm banned. I will attempt to return all items that have been lost, my sincerest apologies -Xaezion.
