I was ban because of changing other players Spawner -I thought it wasnt agianst the rules and i just want to borrow it a while cause i ask Cypriotmerks to come to take my spawner he didnt come [He log off in a few sec later] and i think he was /vanish so that why i go people island to use the spawner a while and i will change it back with no Mob in the island
6. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I want to be unbanned because i like to play the server very much as i seriously did'nt know that it was'nt allow to change spawner in other people island

I think that kingdiamond159 should be unbanned becaus he is a nice player and does help as far as i know he hasnt broke any of the rules and is really helpful. best of luck iamacool1

 

I warned you yesterday not to change people spawners and you agreed. You also never told me to come pick up your spawner or I would have done it. I'll just wait for Snozzle to come check your appeal as it's his ban I can't take over it unless he asked me or another staff to do so.

 

1.Cypriotmerks When does Snozzle on? i only see him once every Month i see him once
2. I didnt see the warning that you say and i didnt agree anything

 

3. I did say in the Chat said "Cyp come to my island remove my spawner" and you log off in like 5-10 sec if i am not wrong

 

You were warned by CypriotMerks about changing spawners, He had given you a chance to stop breaking the rules. You chose to ignore this warning and proceeded to do the following:

You /jump(ed) out of another players shop (Charge 1: Trespassing)
You modified what their spawners were providing (Charge 2: Griefing, Yes this is griefing as it was a malicious intent to cause damage to a player and/or his island)
You then disguised as a silverfish and harassed the owners of the island (Charge 3: Harassment)
Furthermore you attempted to bribe Grammatics out of reporting you (Charge 4: Bribery)

So you are banned on 4 counts of breaking rules (While Bribery is not listed, use your common sense)
However, if you give me an EXTREMELY good reason as to why you should be allowed back on to the server I shall unban you.

If your appeal is successful, this is your ONLY chance

And last i should had tell you not to report me if i was reported i will have no choice to let them report because it their Choice to report or not. So Sorry to who ever will kill/hurt by the Mob. i would repay you Grammatics Some redstone/iron/slimewarp/slime which ever you want if i am unbanned

Reason why you want to be unbanned: I really want to be unbanned because i really really like to play skyblock survive with chest shop. If i am i unbanned i would give you the stuff as i said above. And if i am Unbanned i will personally /msg you a Sorry what i had done . ---I am very happy to be Highroller as It was Chinese new year and i am having fun with some friend as i didnt see what cyp said.

I will leave it up to grammatics to decide whether or not he wants reimbursement or if he just wishes to forgive and forget.

I will unban you as of now, however if I see an appeal of yours with the same ban reasons, I will strongly advise the Mod in charge to deny it as it is not your first appeal.
