So your reason for being banned is that I did not warn you ? I'm pretty sure that 5 minutes before when I said "Spammers beware, continue to spam the chat and there will be bans." was clear enough. You have 48 hours to reply to this thread before auto-deny.

 

for those 5 mins, I had CHAT LOCAL on, and playing mob arena and isn't my ban supposed to be temp like what littleguy said?

 

You heard my warning in chat, as I stated to all that those spamming will be banned. All I have heard so far is excuses, not a valid reason for wanting to be unbanned.

 

I have never been banned here at all until now so how can it be excessive since this is a first time, i never had temp bans or kicks

 

So then why did you do it? Messing around is not an answer. I have multiple witnesses that called me to the scene when 6 individuals (including yourself) were excessively spamming the chat. After giving a series of formal warnings in chat to cease or risk being banned, all six of you continued. So beyond the fact over why you wanted to do it, why do you think it was necessary to risk getting yourself banned just to "mess around" ?

 

Furyion , please post evidence regarding him spamming, that way he can see what he's done.

 

He's already admitted towards spamming the chat. The issue was that he wasn't warned/given a kick before being banned (in which a formal warning was given twice in chat less than a minute of the time of the banning.)
