My child is 7 he had no idea what bridging was. I completely understand you are doing your jobs but to ban him for life for not understanding he wasn't allowed to do this and that is crazy. He now knows all the rules and has read through each and every one individually. This is truly absurd. I spend my hard earned money on something my child don't even want to play anymore because he cant play his favorite server anymore.
If you can use this format it can help us Server name (.net / .org ): In-game name: Full exact Ban Message: Did you read the rules ? Why do YOU think you were banned? Was this an incorrect ban? Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Why do you think you should be unbanned?
Ok maybe she didnt mean for life. But if a user doesnt reply to the ban appeal the mod denies the appeal until the user makes another appeal. So if you would like to get your child or you to redo the appeal, here is ok then this can get sorted out.

Hello there, Okay, so you're saying you were unaware of the rules and that you didn't even know there were rules?
What I am saying is I know with any online game comes rules (no cursing, no spamming, etc.) but I had no idea about the specific rules on minecraft therefore I never explained them to my 7 year old who loves playing it on his spare time and it helps build his learning abilities in some ways.
I'll give him a second chance just because he had no idea but I am leaving a copy of the rules at his island in a chest for proper use.
