console can still ban you when you have it. if its not turned on then it can ban you. the causes of this are lag nodus and actual /fly.

Ok, To clarify what those who shouldn't be here are saying:

If you have Nodus, and accidentally hit the R button, For Nodus Fly, but have Not yet typed /fly, The server thinks you are Cheating, and issues a Temp Ban.
It doesn't mean you are Doing anything wrong, if done by accident. The idea of the Server Temp banning people who use Other methods to Fly is to prevent those who Don't have /fly from Cheating.
