During the time I got banned I was just building stuff on my island minding my own business. I am a good person and I would never do anything to break the rules. 5. During the time I was on there was a rogue staff member who banned multiple players for no reason, his IGN is Myrmidous. I was one of those player who got banned for no reason, the reason he put for all of our bans was (Alt of Reksomethingkid. #GetRekt, Rek). I think Myrmidous was being very irresponsible in using his staff powers, and kind of childish as well considering what he put as the reason. I have no personal issue with Myrmidous but I believe he should be kicked from staff for using his powers irresponsibly. 6. Yes, this was an incorrect ban. I got banned because of a rogue staff member who used his position of power as a way to ban innocent players. I am a very nice person and I follow all the rules. 7. No, I was never before banned on SkyBlock. 8. As I said above, I was following all the rules of the server. I believe I was banned due to an immature staff member. Thank you, Ms. Natalia. Good evening, Mr. RuthlessSlayer. Thank you for opening an appeal and expressing your side of the issue in a calm, reasoned way. This is absolutely correct and usually results in more favorable treatment. SkyBlock tries to be a safe, family-friendly place for people of all age groups to enjoy Minecraft. Due to the game demographics this results in a crowd of players that tend to be a bit on the young side. In an effort to keep the experience as clean and enjoyable as possible we often request players stop swearing or bringing up adult subjects in the public chat. This is not an unreasonable request in a public space and most players have no trouble putting the needs of children ahead of their desire to attack others. Unfortunately your behavior that night was not appropriate. You began by swearing in chat to ask if you were allowed to swear (which is an odd conundrum). Two different Staff told you it was not allowed: You then began spamming swear words alongside another account named "kishyy". This turned out to be one of dozens of stolen accounts belonging to "Rekzelus" that were used to spam inappropriate topics and pornographic websites: Interestingly while removing Rekzelus' stolen accounts I happened to use the following ban message: "Alt of Rekzelus (Ha, caught you before you could spam)". You were not online at the time: However you immediately logged on and replied to me: "Got you first you ____sucker". To sum this up: You were being deliberately inappropriate in chat despite two Staff members politely requesting you to stop. On top of which you gave every indication of colluding with a known account thief and pornography spammer (Rekzelus), including replying to his ban messages while you were offline, sir. If there is another explanation for how that happened I would be interested to hear it. Nowhere in this appeal did you admit to any of this behavior, Mr. Ruthless. In fact you claimed to be doing nothing wrong at all which is completely false. Your actions were inappropriate and contrary to SkyBlock's policy of being a fun, family-friendly place for other players. This is unacceptable and you have been given some time away to rethink your behavior.
