Because I did a false report on a player, and I knew it was wrong, but he was pestering me, asking for diamonds multiple times, asking to trade sand and dirt, and said he was going to ban me, so I got defensive, and I did it to him, and I now know that it is very wrong to do this, and I will never do it again.

Just because you were annoyed by a player doesn't give you the right to do that. You can easily report them for bothering you, or even just /ignore them. Your reasons as to why you did this are no excuse. You have been banned countless of times, for setting fires, for illegal trades, for advertising, and now setting up players. How will I know that this is something you won't do again, you say you know the rules but you continue to break them over and over again. Why should I unban you? Do you even think you deserve an unban?

 

I really dont know... Maybe a 1 month tempban? I hope that helps me think about it, if it gets accepted.

 

You don't decide your punishment. I feel that you've not learned nor have you given me a proper answer. If you cannot give mean answer, this appeal will be denied and you can appeal when you can answer all of my questions.

 

I have learned my lesson, and I think I have learned my lesson because I will never do this again, and I will sincerely apologize to TH3PACK, even though he did pester and annoy me. I think I do deserve an unban, but I am not sure if you do. I will support whatever answer you give me.

 

Speaking this out loud, you've done so many things, and now this. I don't think you're ready to be back on the server. You lied to me, and you framed another player. When you feel you're ready and understand more fully of what you've done, you can appeal. Your appeal has been denied.
