8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I am loyal and this will affect how I behae on skyblock. I will never do a thing like this again. I know this is irrelevant but I am a Donor therefore I should be allowed to play because I payed miney to help keep the server running

I would also like to ask: how long will I be banned for?

 

From the time you were reported as having stolen gravel till I banned you there was more than a 5 minute time span. It does not take five minutes to switch to gravel and right-click to place it back. I doubt the fact that you had any intention of returning it.

Additionally, you did not pay money in order to play, that's why they're considered donations and not fees. You paid to contribute to the server you enjoy, but that does not give you special rights or special treatment. Much like - if you donate to some charitable organisation - you'll get a post card now and then, but you won't have any more of a say in their activities than anyone else. While your monetary contributions are appreciated, they are not a "get-out-of-jail-free" card for you or anyone else.

Depending on the outcome of this appeal the ban could be anywhere from ending to day, a week from now, or even permanent.

Why did you not return the gravel in the large amount of time you had, and what convinced you to steal it in the first place? It's even an illegal-to-trade item, and that does not particularly make your offence any better.

 

it went into flint and I had to go to bed so I couldn't give it back to exas. I'm also sorry for the mistake about paying to play. that's got no relevance to the ban but I promise I will never do a thing like this again.

 

Of course you could give it back to Exas. You were still online when I banned you, and it honestly doesn't take that long to just /msg him "Hey dude, TP, I've got your flint."

Even if not, it takes literally no time to tell him: "Got some flint, have to go to bed, I'm sorry, giving it back tomorrow."

Your excuses aren't particularly valid.

I would like to point out, the face that Matt_The_Hat_ came to my island, he later left after asking for gravel and wondering around, next I TP'ed you to my island out of trust, you walked around, and messaged me saying "Can I have 1 gravel?" I replied with a no and you said "Please? No one will have to know", later since I play with hacked client and can watch you on radar, I was watching you in the caves, I had a mod inventory check you and you had a flint, I messaged you saying "Nice flint" and you just casually replied, "What flint?". Not to mention the fact that while you were on my island, Matt_The_Hat_ says he got a tp request to go back there from you, and then continued to log off on my island multiple times. Not to mention another person besides matt kept logging. I would like to know why you think it was right to take the gravel, not thinking I would know since 2 mods live with me, and the fact that you just straight up lied about having a flint.

So do u want ur flint or not. anyway I promise I didn't mean to break the gravel. matt was begging me to come since I have been bragging about seeing this awesome island. he then decided he wanted gravel as much as me but he didn't make the stupid mistake I did. this was all a massive mistake on my part

 

So if you didn't mean to break the gravel, why did you not instantly hand back the ensuing flint? You were clearly on for more than 5 minutes after the "grief".

 

I was panicking and I didn't know weather to give it back or act cool. I decided to take the wrong option
I know this is a ridiculous excuse but its true

 

At least it's an honest excuse, something I've been waiting a long time for.

So, can we now agree that if you ever accidentally steal anything again, you're going to own up and pay back immediately?
