7. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I wouldn't call it griefing in this case, First of all i would like to say that Livvy hosted a donor + mod + admin party at her island So i went. Everyone was building thrones/chairs so i decided to make 1. Then this jerky donor came over to me and absolutely pi**ed me off by griefing MY thorne. So in retaliation I tried to spleaf this jerk. And I can see how one would see it as griefing, but really I didn't meen any harm to Livvy's island. I understand how this could be counted as griefing and am sincerely sorry for my actions and promise never to do it again, even if I am pissed

I'm stepping in here. After your last appeal was denied you said very aggressive things directed towards Isuika. We do not tolerate such behavior towards our moderators, and even worse, towards the younger moderators. Isuika is a kind young woman who cares for the skyblock community and in no way deserves the things you said on your mod application. If it were up to me, you'd be denied and well on your way to a forum ban as well. If you're TRULY sorry, tread lightly; you're on thin ice.

 

I told BUB to reappeal as I thought he could of done a better appeal - after one day he's already been disrespectful to me and a player and his story doesn't fit together, BUB if you went to grief the person that broke your throne, why did you destroy Livvy's floor?

 

To get the guy whome was being a jerk and standing on top of the floor, but I didn't get him into the void,

 

The holes were scattered far apart from each other.

 

When I chased after him, because he was running away from me...

 

I can't agree with pein more but..
I though think this ban was exagerated, just a few blocks destroyed.
I honestly think Isuika was/is still a bit pissed on BUB annoying her by flirting with her.

But if BUB keeps acting like this, he doesn't deserve an unban.

 

Yes it was a few blocks which is slightly too much but he still griefed and his attitude has been horrible lately. and this has nothing to do with him 'flirting' but I might leave this with a tempban - I am yet to decide.

 

Given his reaction to the denial and the few blocks broken, a tempban seems fair. My opinion, 1 day for the blocks, 3 or 4 for the behavior.

 

i was at the donor party thing at livvy's island and there were ALOT of holes i think atleast 10-20

 

May i ask what kind of blocks he destroyed, if it's just cobble just a tempban, anything else that is important may be more serious

Akrill ordered me to pis* Sui off, so I did so.

 

Seoruisly Akrill wanted me to pis* Sui of so I did because, he is 1 of about 5 mods who actually listen and help me.

 

I have decided to leave this as a 9 day tempban, this is not just because of the grief it's because of your disrespect to myself and Livvy after the ban occurred too, this is your one and only chance BUB.

Date of unban: 2nd of May.
