4. Yes, I have read all of the rules and I understand them fully.
In the future I will be more attentive in following the rules.
5. I was banned due to egging on a staff member in the chat and
using offensive language. I started doing it because I saw other people
doing it and I thought it was funny. I am usually a nice person, but I just
messed up plain and simple. I feel bad and sorry to the staff member I was
swearing at. I saw he was banning multiple people and I thought he was in the
wrong so I started swearing at him. I did not know the full story though and now I
know that I was in the wrong.
6. No, this was not an incorrect ban. I admit that I was swearing at a staff member because
I saw other people doing it and I thought it was funny. I know now that I made a mistake. Before
this appeal I made another ban appeal were I did not admit I was wrong. But then that staff member
explained to me everything that happened. I realize now that I made a mistake, that is why I am making this ban appeal and admitting them. I hope that staff member does not hate me and realize I just made a stupid mistake.
7. No, before this ban I was never before banned on SkyBlock.
8. I think I should be unbanned because I just made a stupid mistake. I started swearing at a staff member because I saw other people were doing it. I thought that staff member was just banning random people in chat but I was wrong about that. I feel sorry and embarrased for what I did and realize that I should not have egged on that staff member. I made another ban appeal before this one not admitting my mistakes because I honestly thought that they didn't have proof of me swearing. That was a dumb choice though and the response that I got in that ban appeal made me realize what I did wrong. I do not normally swear at people I only did it because I saw other players doing it. In the future I will not join with players to do harmful acts like that. I am sorry for what I did.

Thank you for posting another appeal with updated, corrected information. Furthermore I am extremely glad to see you continue to be polite and follow procedures; this is the appropriate way to have your request and viewpoint considered without polarizing the issue.

To reiterate: You may be aware that SkyBlock tries to be a safe, family-friendly environment for all players (young and old) to be a part of. To help everyone enjoy the experience we occasionally ask people to avoid swearing or mentioning adult content in public chat. This is not an unreasonable request and does not limit enjoyment of the game itself-- we are simply asking for a little consideration towards our younger audience.

On this subject your very public spam/swearing in chat is still very much an issue. Although you now acknowledge this occurred it is disappointing you only did so after the evidence was shown. Apologizing after being caught makes the effort seem a bit insincere.

Of greater concern is your association with Mr. Rekzelus (and his dozens of alts). Despite some rather strong evidence I note you have not yet denied you are this player or a friend/collaborator of his. This player is responsible for a large amount of account theft, spamming and advertising adult websites. These behaviors present a danger to the community and are not something we can reasonably tolerate.

Until you confirm or deny you are Rekzelus (or his alt) I cannot correctly respond to your appeal. Please clarify this issue, sir.

I am not Mr. Rekzelus, and I have never done account theft or advertise adult websites.

The appropriate correction for these chat offenses/swearing would be somewhere in the neighborhood of a 24 hour mute, or a time-out if especially bad. Since it has already been longer than that I will commute your time and remove the restriction starting tonight.

Thank you for being polite and patient. In the future please remember to be respectful to other players and keep in mind the age of our average user. Adult language and topics in public places can have serious consequences.
