Welcome back to the Monthly Island Competition! Each month our players battle it out to be crowned champion and have their island named the best on the server for that month. As March’s contest was held on /skyblock, this month the contest is switching back to /economy! Remember that they will be alternating each month! As always, if you have any questions about the contest, feel free to /msg 52Phenomenon when you catch me in game or contact me on discord @ 52Phenomenon#9268. Your task is simple: create an island (or enter an already completed island) on our Economy server and submit it. By entering, you have the chance of winning the following: A custom medal from me that will only be obtainable from winning this competition A role on the Skyblock Discord that will only be given out to those that win our competitions An extended feature in the #island-showcase channel on the Skyblock Discord The winner's showcase will include more images and much more detail about the island 1x Pig Spawner To win, we ask that all entrants follow the criteria set: You must be the owner of the island that you submit Your entry cannot be an island that you sold to another player The island must be submitted by the player that built the majority of it The island must be on our Skyblock server The island must not be an island chain - you can only submit one island for the contest, although it may be expanded to 149x149 or 199x199 Your islands will be judged by our staff team. The winner will be announced by me on this thread, and will also be included in the thread for next month's competition. Islands will be judged on how unique they are, how well they are built, and their general look. Discord Apple5#1201 Ign CraftWithAbbie Have i entered before, onec, back in december with my old account This month I'd like to share my Map Art Island. I have to keep this one locked usually as if maps are brought back, theyll update.so this is a wonderful chance for me to showcase my island. i fully expanded it in january this year, with plans to turn my old furnace afk isle into a mapart island. and thanksfuly, one map panel just about fits, giving me the perfect island. i got to work making my insane sheep spawner farm, lost a couple spawners, but 10 spawners would be enough surellyyy(tenwillneverveenough ) After that i made my mapart platform with the carpet flush resdstone and the carpet item sorter which uses a whopping 60+ hoppers. But below the mapart platform, i still have my old island. so i got to work creating my own small town, complete with tower buildings, an suburb houses, old farm and cottagecore builds, plus an airport with Hangers and Runways . I thought, what could i do next, ive made an airbase with aircraft and a chinnock helicopter that can actually shoot arrows or firecharges, Lets make some Boats theyre always fun to craft together. These darn boats were such a task to get the riggging and sails just right. but i made one and then a small dock/port for it. But a boat needs water, and i didnt have any landscaping yet. my task then was to build, landscape, and fill with ice, an entire ocean with its sea bed, and beach filling with ice was so much work, but i had some help from friends, and then breaking the ice into water sources after was super fun. instant mine with my fortune picks, shortly after, i have a complte ocean and beach Anyway, i could talk forever about my island and showcase the builds, but for now ill share some of my favourites, and hope to complete more builds soon
