Okay.. Color is not necessary and if you have never seen him how do you know he is immature???

 

He seems immature because he wrote this application without looking at any steps to do and wrote it in the wrong section.

 

As well as you can tell he just joined the forums too apply.

 

You should have joined the forums, get use to the forums, get some advise from a mod, read some accepted mod apps, wait about 2 or 3 weeks then write your mod app "._.
