I thought it was something to do with Forge, which only has Optifine and a falling tree mod. I used my Optifine next and the same message appeared. I haven't been on the skyblock server In a bit either so It confused me to why I was banned. This was an automatically issued ban via Tebex when they detected a chargeback on your account. I took a look and it seems that your two purchases on April 3 (One $27 and one $57) were charged back. Sometimes this happens when the player tells the credit card company or paypal that they were charged fraudlently, and sometimes it is the credit card company being overvigilant. Your payments were made through Paypal so I would recommend going to Paypal and checking to see if there is a dispute open regarding these payments. Once the chargebacks are closed, you should be unbanned.
thank you for letting me know! I looked in my PayPal and it said that those where under review for chargeback . I didn’t set it that way so it might’ve thought the payments where fraudulent. It said it was currently under review and I need to contact my financial advisor to cancel it but I have no idea how to do that I’ll probably find out how to do so , this is all so confusing aaaa
