At warp trade there is the villager that sells some of the mob spawn eggs. However, I believe that the pre 1.19 spawn eggs are not the same as the ones currently. Pre 1.19 spawn eggs have the NBT tag of {EntityTag:{id:"minecraft:mob_name"}} and new ones do not. The eggs from the different versions do not stack and I was curious if anyone has talked about this or sold them as they are a unique unobtainable item now. I assume there aren't a lot of them out there because not many people buy those spawn eggs and probably didn't notice a difference. Here is an example of the difference: Pre-1.19 wolf spawn egg: Current wolf spawn egg: I am using a mod called better tags to see the NBT data but you can still see the "NBT: 1 tag(s)" without the mod.
There are a ton of ingame items that have different NBT tags. I know there are two different beacons, 4 different hatched chickies, and numerous spawners with different tags. I don’t think items with different NBT tags are seen as different items, as they typically would be seen as if the colored name or lore was different. The 1.19 update caused a lot of goofy stuff like that to happen with items.
