How to make an animated avatar?

Find a gif online, that is 200x200(pixels) or less! No bigger, otherwise it shall fail!

Save it on your computer(make sure it's saved as .gif)

after that upload like a normal avatar.

I made the image smaller. And now it is larger than 58.6kb?!?!?

 

Ok get this. The original image was more than the limit yet it STILL let me use it. Now it is too large yet the file is saying it is smaller.

 

You should probably try a new gif Google has loads, and you can go into advance search settings and find the size "icon". Those will most of the time work
