Hello to everyone who is watching this, as you know, the Minecraft Server EULA Changes will be applied in August, the EULA Changes is mostly about that server owners cannot charge players money for in-game items, however, the can accept donations. But for know, many players donate beacause of the in-game items, perks they get after donating, after the EULA Changes apply, I am sure that the Donor ranks would be killed.
Questions:
1. Will the server restart?
2. Will donors get refunded?

1. Almost positive the servers will not restart.
2. It will be hard to say. It is could be a refund is done, donor ranks are kept but really debuffed to be legal to keep (Donor title, colored name in chat, etc), or the donor ranks become available to all some how and they are not debuffed.

 

1. Server most likely wont restart
2. Donors are keeping their ranks.
