My alts island got deleted.
I had built that island with my friend needtorename and i had 750+ diamonds on it.
My alt was the only one in the coop.
The account is safe with security questions.
If you /seen LuckyLand its been offline for about a month so there is no way i (or anyone else) did something to it.
Help please? I lost too much stuff that was there.

Did anyone else have access to the island? I would say it could’ve been reset cause of inactivity but it’s not been offline for long, I’m really unsure of how to help, I’m so sorry.

 

nobody else was in the coop but only me and needtorename was trusted.

 

wait so, Islands get deleted if the player is inactive for over 6 months in the new server?

is this mean ToroRocks5 Island my neighbor will get deleted?

what about the Island Expansion?

 

The island in question wasn't deleted. It was just temporarily unavailable. Even when the player couldn't get to it, I was able to see it by teleporting to its coordinates:



The issue cleared after a while and the player was able to get back to the island.

This happens sometimes if we're unable to look up the island owner's UUID because the needed Mojang services are not responding or return an error, but this passes after a while when the services come back online.

We do not currently delete inactive islands.
