Since many people vote nearly every day but can never quite make it into the top 10 voters each month, I am suggesting a system where after, say, 100 votes within two or three months, you could get a 5$ or so gift card for voting a lot over a semi short time period.

Those who made it into the top 10 of each month would not have their votes counted towards a mini gift card, as they would already have received a gift card.

POSSIBLE CHANGES TO THE SUGGESTION
1. remove the time period to accumulate the votes, but increase the number of votes required
2. Change the reward into 50 grass, etc etc
