As you may or may not know, agar.io and other, similar .io games have been out for a while. What are your opinions on them? Have you played them? What's the best part about them? The most annoying part? Emeraldog, I know you'll like this.
I mean, snake.io and agar.io were fun but they became the same old strategies and youtube videos ._. They were fun, just really overrated.
Well, it was slither.io. I have videos of some agar.io and diep.io on my channel here: Nightcat - YouTube As for the strategies, agar.io stopped getting gameplay changes and instead, we only get some new skins every once in a while. slither.io hasn't changed since its release, at least, I don't think it has. However... diep.io is one of the best .io games out there. It is so much fun (Emerald0g again ) and there are lots of strategies.
i used to like agar.io when it was a trend and all. But it got really bad because they added paid for content, facebook linking and unnecessary clutter to the game
I still play agar.io in school at like 7 AM. The US servers are pretty quiet at that time, and I don't even need to kill anyone to hit 1K mass. As for ads, adblockers work perfectly fine, though a poor unnamed cell will protest. Here is my current progress. I started over because I got locked out of my level 30 Facebook account when I went to Greece and I'm currently unable to get back into it. Facebook/Google account linking was perfectly fine, at least in the early days. Coins and skins really ruined the game. Nowadays, I just play on my private server alone, sometimes with friends. WORLD DOMINATION SHALL BE MINE! MHAHAHAH! ...other players can't even spawn in.
Used to play agario when it was popular but never got into the other io games. I feel they are a bit overrated and even get boring after a bit.
I feel that all modes except FFA are ruined now. Experimental is full of teamers, Party mode lets you play with ANYONE, anywhere, so that's broken as it is, and Teams is literally filled with cross-teamers. Private servers are great, but the scripts to run them aren't maintained very well anymore and it may eventually break and not let the agar.io clients connect, or something like that. Not to mention there are some bugs ingame. It was a great game, but then all those scripts and extensions came out. Not saying I didn't use them (heck, I coded a good zoom function that I'll never give away), but it was harder to win without them. I'd say it was behind agar.io in popularity. (So basically, #2 on the charts.)
Dang, level 68? Congrats. Stop playing at level 69. If you want, when I get home, we could play on my private server.
Look it up on YouTube. You can change parameters for the game if it's privated. Anyways, on to the thread. I don't usually play io games, but if I had to play one, diep.io is the one I'd play. This is probably mainly because I'm fairly good at it, and because it takes more strategy than the other ones.
Getting private Agar.io server is no longer possible. Agar.io has removed them. I used to have my own but they all got shut down.
GitHub - OgarProject/Ogar: An open source Agar.io server implementation, written with Node.js. - Search up a tutorial on YouTube on how to download it. Did somebody say "good at diep.io?" I got this score today, and some 1K score player with no skill decided to ram me when I was trying to destroy an Alpha Pentagon. No, you still can. I even have mine port forwarded on my IP so that my friends can join. Here's a video of me playing with someone from a clan I'm in:
1h 2m I don't have that kind of time to spend on diep I've gotten like 200k once, but just exited the tab because study hall was over
