4. Did you read the rules ? Sure did, and in the rules there is nothing correlated to this.
5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I think I was banned because I witnessed someone abusing power by spawning in hundreds of pigs.
6. Was this an incorrect ban? According to the server rules, yes.
7. Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? Nope, I joined about a week ago and I am a $50 donor.
8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Simply because the ban was invalid and was an abuse ban by Blurted. I believe his/her power should be re-evaluated.

 

Although animal killing is not listed in the rules, it is still illegal as it's similar to stealing. It's like taking away someone else's belongings.

 

The thing is, Blurted, the "items" that were being "stolen" were not of the players possession in the first place. Someone of higher power was simply spawning hundreds of pigs in on his island. The player did not make a ban request with proof of stealing as one should purposely do. Also, the player failed to exercise his rights to "Lock" his island denying anyone's access to be able to kill these illegally spawned pigs. Your point is simply invalid.

 

The pigs were being spawned in the player's island, so technically it belonged to them, and while, yes, they could've locked their island, you shouldn't have killed the pigs in the first place.

 

As "killing animals" is not advertised nor publicly known as "illegal" or "stealing" again, the ban is simply invalid and just another form of Player Mod abuse. No warnings or signs were given before the act of "killing animals" took place. As I said before, the player should have used the system properly by submitting a Ban request on the forum, therefore being looked into more by other staff members. A player mod, as yourself, I believe should not have made such a choice as what was decided.

 

Stealing is not listed in the updated server rules either. Please inform yourself further before making anymore decisions. I request to be unbanned. Thank you.

 

I've checked with a supermod and they've confirmed that animal killing is punishable.

 

Tell the supermod to make this punishable action known. It is not anywhere in sight for new players. How is anyone suppose to know other than mods? I think i should be unbanned due to lack of information given. It's disappointing when you donate then get banned immediately after for a reason not known or advertised as punishable.

I can definitely understand. It is very frustrating when a rule isn't listed and you get banned for that very reason and I very much agree the rules should be updated. Can you promise me that you won't kill animals without permission again?
