Advertising Should be a Global Ban. This will prevent people advertising on .org then hellblock then to .net. This will prevent more people getting influenced by these servers.

No support :/ They are different servers, so you can't exactly ban them on .org for doing something on .net... They would be banned for doing nothing.

No support, example: they advertised on org and got banned, probably went to net to just enjoy the server. But when they tried to login the message said "Advertising -Insert forum link and mod name here-"

Advertising is a serious offence. Why should they be allowed to enjoy the server when they have tried to promote another server! They can go on .net where there's mostly 200 people on at a time!

    What about accidental advertising?

It will be dealt with and he/she will be unbanned. But advertising cannot be taken lightly.

Actually, that's not how it works. We treat all advertising situations as advertising, and accidents can prove to be fatal for your time on the server. I agree with your last sentence. I have an advertising guide as well, let me know if you would like it posted. :)

If they *accidentally* post a server IP it would be a precaution to stop them posting another IP accidentally on .net or .org etc.

    No.
Even though it's the same network, they're all different.

It's serious if they advertised on .org, but they didn't do anything bad on .net

No support. This is like saying if you request a ban on .net so you can play on .org more, you get banned on both .net and .org.

    basically:
You have to do something worse than advertising to be banned across those 2 servers
advertisers get banned anyway so if they chose to advertise on the other servers, they will be banned, no issues.
if not banned straight away, they are reported and banned.
not all mods are global so that means not all of us will be able to ban a person over the servers easily. Then we would have to ask other mods to ban someone and its hard and inconvenient when they probably wont go to the other servers to advertise anyway.
    no support sorry
