Think you just built a PVP area on your island and you as the owner don't want to accidentally break soft blocks near it during the fight but there is no way to prevent that other than using harder blocks or an alt...

The suggestion is basically add 2 commands that work everywhere, one for survival mode and one for adventure mode so we can switch gamemode as we need.
