At vanilla minecraft, they are related with illegars, so I think it makes sense if ones from /warp hostile drops with low probability. Using spawn egg on someone's island is their own risk but it is possible to hold them around with a note block and sculk sensor. Of course some of Allay's ability might be nerfed or blocked if necessary.

 

What would you use them for? Also their abilities would have to be entirely disabled, to stop griefing, and their abilities to act like hoppers and interact with redstone.
Neutral for now, don’t see a need for them.

 

Basically for visual ambient. We have tropical fishes even if they actually do nothing.

 

Allays are my favorite mob by far, I can't support this enough. Their features being disabled would be a little sad, but people love pandas and axolotls despise not having a lot of functionality, still it would be nice to be decided on an island by island base if there are any issues with griefing (having an option in settings to disable it), or having a limit on how many you can have on an island if the issue is lag, anyway we can have more vanilla mobs is great!

 

Yes! I don't know about having the spawn eggs drop from illagers though?

 

It was just one of random idea actually. It should be hard to be obtained anyway.
