Many mods (soon to be plugins in 1.4.x) work well on small scale servers, and bomb or cause stability issues in larger ones for a variety of reasons. A plugin to add plugins live, is the antithesis of a stable server, though its fine if its a test server or a 5 player server.

MD_5 considers this untested and been placed into the Inactive Plugin subforum, and the author has not complied with stablity testing yet. In short, any user of this in 1.3.2 is an alpha tester.
