We don't Moderate Skype, we Moderate SkyBlock. There is no reason for this ban to stick.

 

So if you're happy to make death/personal injury/hacking threats to me but you suddenly don't dare to fess up to it?

 

However, dox threats directly affect skyblock and the people on it.
Not to mention the times this has been spoken of on the server.
Because you didn't use hidden content, neither will I.
Feel free to put it in Hidden Content if you would like.

 

That's a very narrow view to take. While the primary responsibility is skyblock, the overarching charter of a moderator, especially a super moderator is to ensure that skyblock is a safe, fun community for all. This ban draws that very essence into question which is why I'm taking this very seriously, as well as endeavouring to ensure that this kind of behaviour not condoned or tolerated in the least.

In this particular case, while the medium was Skype, the contents were regarding Skyblock and the community, and as such fall under our purview as moderators.

 

Nope, Skype isn't related to SkyBlock at all. Doesn't matter whats said there it does not carry over to here.

 

Cyp is also the Admin and can do what he wants, Blaq is not. Also refrain from posting in appeals that you're involved in.

For the last time we don't Moderate Skype we Moderate SkyBlock, anything said on Skype does not cross over to here. I would have already overrode this, but I want to see if Blaq will remain bias on the situation anymore than he already has.

 

I tried to get this point across to him over the week I waited to re-appeal through pm.

Blaq, I am saying that I never said that I would dox you, or Jennie. I understand that doxing could be considered illegal depending on what exactly is in th dox, but I had never intended to dox anyone. Which brings me to my next point.

I know the extreme basics of doxing. In case you are wondering exactly what I know, its how to resolve an IP, and how to google.

Blaq, when I said those things to Jennie, I was a tad bit PO'd. I litterally posted asking for the other mods to back off because Pein and I were handling it through PM. you didnt listen and you banned me. This was an unreasonable thing to do. Then I go on skype. to a different person. And said some hopes of deaths. I apologized like 8 times. I dont understand what more you want me to do?

 

So if someone got killed because of a threat over Skype that you ignored over the sake of a technicality you'd be ok with that? If the server got blown up or hacked because of a threat that you ignored because "it was over Skype" you'd be ok with that? Will you be ok with looking the family of the victim in the eye and say that you could've saved their life but chose not to because you simply didn't think that it was related?

 

I'm just going to highlight the irrelevant parts.

Please don't hyperbole, it doesn't do your case any good. Now let's assume you were serious.

Do not accuse me of being biased without proof. You yourself are clearly biased, and your actions speak louder than words. Your opinion on the matter is noted and I will take it into consideration. I'll take this opportunity to remind you that I'm also an SMod which means what I say goes as much as you. If you disagree with my actions take them up with Cyp, don't act as though you have more authority on the issue when you clearly don't.

I just want to point out that Zambi is right. I told you this before, and you basically ignored me. It should become a bit more obvious to you how wrong this ban is when someone who was previously a forums admin, and is now a good moderator tells you that it is wrong.
