Implemented Ability to change name colour

With the recent surge of people buying premiums, I thought it would be a suitable idea to allow members with multiple premiums to choose their name colour. It is currently impossible to change your name colour as I found out the hard way, and implementing this would be quick and easy. ie. in the following picture, I would be able to change my colour from pink to either turquoise or orange. This could be implemented by requesting a colour change in ticket form (like the name change system), or by changing it yourself in a "Premium settings" tab.

I've now set it so premium members may change their colour however this is only for lifetime members because that's what the XenForo page allows us to do. Unfortunately due to this having to be done manually it would then result in players having premium for life. Lifetime premium members can request to change their colour in the thread here: Forums - Member Information Change | Skyblock Forums
