Considering the new rules, would people with existing chargebacks still be banned or would they be able to access the server? Just wondering.

But he is still requesting money for you to join back into the server, witch means everyone would have to pay a price to get into the server if I am not mistaken.

 

He has not directly said. He simply said the servers aren't going anywhere.

 

I'd imagine that you'd still remained banned, same as if you were to pay the server access fee and charged that back. I'll archive this if you have no further questions. Feel free to PM me or request this thread be opened if you do.
