I have played on it for well over a year. However, I have one really big ask that I think a lot of players would like. I think most top level players want a way to sell faster. Whether that is through /sell all cool down being removed, a [sell] sign for chests, or a purchasable sell wand. This would be huge for the server and make the server much more enjoyable.
It takes 30 seconds to refresh /sell all. That means doing sell all for a full inventory of cactus would earn you less than 50k/hour of grinding. /baltop is 100million. This means you would have to spend over 200 hours of doing /sell all to even have a chance of competing. On top of it all you have to have a farm big enough for that to even be possible. This server is not very competitive so there is no reason not to have things that make the game some what fun. Hundreds of hours of doing /sell all sounds like a massive waste of life.
/Baltop played by the same rules. There used to be a period with no cooldown on /sell all, but that definitely wasn't the cause for the top player to reach 100 million There is a limit on the distance at which crops can grow relative to the nearest player, and it will not reach the expected 50k/hour, even if you have the resources for it. Plenty of players use automated scripts to use /sell all if they have an afk farm, commonly used for alternate accounts they don't use anyway. And the scripts/mods for it are public. There are hundreds of servers that meet your quotas, and a lot of them went down for a reason. You will never stop competing as long as money is infinite, and it may just become an endless process with nothing to do on your journey. I would encourage you to look beyond that and see that an active and playful community has more long-term benefits than an inactive bunch of sleeping rich players competing to be the 'best'. /Baltop is just a silly ranking display, and it does not reflect well on the server's values (opinionated).
