Well I don't know how to really explain this but I'll try my best.

When you go on skyblock and invite people over there is a time when you want them to leave, because your busy or they are out staying their welcome. And this is where this command could come in to play. When you use this the members maybe should end up at spawn or their own islands.
I think all members of the islands party should have access to these command.

If you have a huge party on your island and you need to leave suddenly or have to go do something, you can ask people to leave, if they don't then use the command.

If you're being griefed you can simply use the command to make them leave- less griefing and less time mods have to deal with things as well as people being able to defend for themselves.

I imagine the command being something like:
------------------------------ /Boot All
------------------------------------------This would kick everyone from the island (including party)
----------------------- /Boot Guests
-------------------------------------------This would kick everyone who does not live on your island.
------------------------ /Boot Party
------------------------------------------ This would kick everyone from your party,
------------------------------------------ I don't see why this is needed but just in case I purpose.
---------------- /Boot [Username]
------------------------------------------ This would kick the user you wrote off your island.
