This will work as a reverse auction. You offer what you will accept in diamonds and or grass to pay for my upgrade, undercutting the previous bidder. If I see a bid I can afford and am happy with, I will call three times if anyone wants to better it over say a couple days and when done we can do the deal. I will call on a mod to hold the items while the upgrade takes place. And I will only accept offers from active players, preferably donors, as I don't want any issues with charge backs. No takers?? I've had offers of 300 diamonds in game but haven't followed that up yet. I'll set a starting point of 400 diamonds, so if anyone is willing to pay $50 for 400 diamonds, let me know below and bidding can start from there.
