Only the Mod who banned you can unban you.
They might play on your account, but that is irrelevant as in the fact that if your account breaks a rule, your account gets banned.

Like Akrill said, Your account is your responsibility. If someone else is on it and they grief, it's your fault.
Quite a few expensive items were stolen, I had you rolledback and I really hope that it was only 1 island you griefed.
